RULES for our Peppermill Reno MONTHLY DRAWING

1. In the Peppermill Reno MONTHLY DRAWING you have a chance to win a $50 gift certificate by correctly completing the game form above. YOU MAY ENTER ONCE EACH MONTH. On the final day of each month we will draw a winner at random from the month's entries. The winner will be posted.

2. The Contest is open only to persons 21 yrs or older. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Limit one entry per person EACH MONTH. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Your entry will be disqualified, at discretion of Nevada Travel Network or Peppermill Reno, if your attempt (1) to enter the Contest through any means other than through a Peppermill-authorized web page; or, (2) to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules.

4. Prizes: Each month: One (1) winner will receive a FREE ski, Golf or Suite Package at the Peppermill's discretion. Prizes are not transferable or assignable. All prizes will be awarded and will carry a use by date.

5. Odds of winning are depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will have up to 30 days from the date their name is first posted to respond to the notification. Each winner, must be at least 21 years of age, If a selected winner is ineligible, fails to claim a prize no alternate winner will be selected. Each winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity and purposes without further compensation.

6. Conditions by entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Rules and the decisions of Peppermill Reno which shall be final. All federal, state and local laws apply. Nevada Travel Network, Peppermill Reno and their employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Peppermill Reno which may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
