Pahrump Social Powwow

During the Social Powwow, organizer Paula Elefante, anticipates at least 500 to 750 people will pass through each day. The powwow will start on Friday, Nov. 16 at 10 a.m. and go through Sunday, Nov. 18 till 3 p.m. The celebration begins with a spiritual side where participants gather to give thanks. Stewart Father’s Day Powwow

Every June travel to Carson City to the Stewart Indian School for their annual Father’s Day Powwow. If you know Powwows then you will expect the excitement. This is a free event with over 200 dancers, over 40 arts and crafts vendors, Indian Tacos, and community spirit.

Travel to Ely on US Highway 93 or US Highway 50 for the annual Ely Shoshone Tribe Fandango that will feature Gourd Dancers, a Jackpot Horseshoe Tournament, Sand Volleyball Parade and culminating in a Powwow celebration on Saturday.
