The NRCHA Stakes features 4- and 5-year-olds by NRCHA Subscribed Stallions competing in snaffle bits and hackamores. The competition includes many of the top Snaffle Bit Futurity horses from the previous year, as well as those who might not have been ready for the Futurity, but who are now able to perform competitively. You'll also find latest in modern equine equipment, clothing, tack, household items, traditional handmade items and more.

Cancelled Climb the highest peak in Mineral County, Nevada, as a tribute to those who lost their lives on 9/11. This is a rare opportunity to climb 17 miles of some of the most pristine lands in the region and ascend 7000 feet to the summit of Mt. Grant. In 1976, five people gathered to put a concept to reality. They united several regional Indian Rodeo Associations from the U.S. and Canada to form the Indian National Finals Rodeo Inc. (INFR). At the Pahrump Social Powwow, it is a time to gather for Native Americans and non-natives alike. Pahrump is home to the Western Shoshone and Paiute tribes.
