A downtown Gardnerville building built in 1902 to be a meat market and then a hotel, restaurant and pub serving the Basque community in Carson Valley was recently expanded into the historic next-door firehouse building that is now the “Pub”.

We serve locally-sourced meats, pastas, breads and produce, creating a unique menu with a distinct smokehouse vibe and deep roots in Basque cuisine.
