The Gatsby Festival is a two-day event at the Tallac Historic Site held each year the second weekend in August. Throughout the weekend a variety of activities take place on the Pope and Baldwin Estates­—vintage car shows, musicians , children’s games from the 1920’s, vendors of period clothing, jewelry and other items plus the sale of the annual Gatsby poster. CANCELLED Drawing more then 8,000 visitors, the Valhalla Renaissance Faire is a unique entertainment experience and an extraordinary outing for children. This unique festival includes full armored combat between knights, a Celtic Music Concert along with culinary delicacies, craft demonstrations, ancient music, dance and comedy.
